Sometimes it is best to simply sit back and watch.
This week, I hosted my very first Cobber Corn Feed with a few other offices on campus and the best part of the day was being able to simply do nothing and just observe everything happening. My two hired crew members were serving corn, the attendees were grabbing food from the buffet, and there was quite simply nothing else for me to plan or prep because IT was happening.
As someone who lives with ADHD, one of the hardest things to do is nothing. I repeatedly felt the urge to do something for the event and finally grabbed a plate myself and ate some food before we started the official event program. 🍴
I’m extremely excited to jump on the road in just over a week to travel around the state and would love to see your face at an event!
